Applicants will be part of a crew responsible for calculating and proper placement of materials as designed, or required to apply pavement markings, signs, or other such road marking materials. Dependent upon the project, it may require installation of signs, road markers, or other traffic indicators, which require carrying supplies, digging, pounding, and fastening for installation. Applicant will be operating a variety of small equipment. Applicants will also be operating painting equipment for paint installation on commercial parking lots, and roadways. Some projects are located outside of the Boise area and may require some overnight travel to and from the project site. Per Diem and hotel accommodation is provided by the company in cases of travel.

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Workers must be punctual and reliable.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (a plus)
  • Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
  • Job requires stretching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, throwing, walking, standing, reaching, and squatting.
  • Requires lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have a basic understanding of math.
  • Ability to work in all weather.

Pay is weekly. Direct Deposit after 30 days of employment. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision after 60 days of full-time employment (average 30 hours per week). Retirement 401k plan available with up to 3% employer match after 1 year employment.

The salary range for this position is $18-20 per hour depending on experience.
